The RHF Charitable Legacy Service helps you include the causes you care about in your will and your longer-term financial plans — and makes sure that when the time comes, the gift is administered properly.
We work alongside your own attorney and financial adviser. We do not replace them, and we do not sell you a product.
Bequests
A specific sum, a percentage of your estate, or the residue after your family are provided for.
Charitable trusts
Charitable remainder and lead trusts that provide income now and a gift later, or the reverse.
Gift annuities
A fixed income for life in exchange for an irrevocable gift, with the remainder going to your chosen cause.
Other assets
Retirement plan assets, life insurance policies, retained life estates in property, and appreciated stock.
How the conversation goes
We start with what you want to happen, not with a vehicle. Once that is clear, there is usually one obvious structure and several bad ones, and we will tell you plainly which is which.
