College Dreams
A no-cost, trusted route to a first degree.
College Dreams gives families a safe, accessible and no-cost opportunity to reach college. It runs through a College Dream account held with participating Texas colleges, developed in partnership between Ruby Heart Foundation and those institutions.
Cost is only half of what stops a first-generation student. The other half is the paperwork, the deadlines and the absence of anyone who has done it before.
A College Dream account solves both. Families save what they can, RHF matches it, and a mentor walks the student through every deadline from application to the end of freshman year.
Funds are held with the partner college, so money reaches tuition directly and cannot be diverted.
